Bright have completed dairy process and packing projects from our first year of operation. We’ve worked from the dairy farm collection through intake,
processing, packaging to cool-room storage.
We understand the dairy hygiene requirements and standards, including HACCP and cGMP. We are familiar with the regular audit schedule and have worked with
many supermarket and external auditing requirements.
Projects we’ve completed include:
- Tanker unloading area upgrades
- Process pipework design, including gravity lines
- Production line V-curve evaluation and design
- Upgrade fill-height filler to volumetric filler
- Packaging line design, drawing, installation and commissioning
- Packer installation, commissioning and troubleshooting
