Bright have completed snacks and confectionary projects from our very early days until today. We’ve worked with sweet and savoury snacks, and chocolate from the conche to the temperer and enrober.

We understand HACCP and cGMP requirements and are familiar with many of the regular operations involved in the multi-stage process.

Projects we’ve completed include:

  • Chocolate transfer lines water jacket system design, installation and commissioning
  • Chocolate panning cooling upgrade
  • Honeycomb line relocation, redesign and installation
  • Waste water treatment and BOD removal
